Do you have separate files? Past trips? Future trips? Points used/rolled over, etc? Each resort? Payments?
Cleaning out the den and this is where I keep all the DVC papers.

We keep all of our DVC papers in the tote bag they gave us when we initially bought. Notes for trips are kept in a binder near the computer so when we come across something we want to keep, we print it and put it in our "vacation" folder. We take that with us on our trips so we can review it on the way. Our confirmations for upcoming trips are kept in our bill file so we always know where they are. We don't keep confirmations from previous trips -just memories!

We keep the papers in the box that the original welcome kit arrived in. I also maintain an excel spreadsheet of all the used points for tracking purposes. We have only been at this for 3 months, so it is working so far!

I keep my original papers, dues statements and budget reports in the blue binder that the papers originally came in.

I keep my deed and title insurance in my safe deposit box. I use one of the point management programs to keep track of my points. And I only keep confirmations for my currently planned trips, all previous confirmations get trashed when the trip is completed.
