How do you have time to travel so much?

DW and I have worked at the same place for nearly 5 years. We get 16 days. If we stay another 2-3 years, we'll get 21 days
I usually only take a full week from Christmas to New Years. The rest of the days are for long weekends

I work per diem, so I only get paid when I wor. The beauty of it is I can pick when I work, without having to worry about vacation time.

DH is a sales manager for his real estate office. They just ask him to keep his travel within reson, which we do. We try and space them out, and he tends to get in early and stay late at work most days anyhow, so he puts in the hours.

I'm a SAHM so my schedule isn't too hard

DH gets 4 weeks vacation + random bonus days here and there. And they roll over from year to year so he's got a lot of those saved up! He used four weeks for our trip to Europe in October, he'll use another two weeks when we head to Florida this coming October and he'll get a month of paternity leave after Ellie gets here this summer - that he has to use before her 1st birthday, not sure what we'll use that for - something closer to home I'm sure.

My dh gets 4 weeks per year after 16 years with the same company. My job gives "PEP" time... you earn hours depending on how many hours you have worked. Right now I have 9 days... that is sick time, personal time and vacation time rolled into one. I started this job in December and work 20 hours per week.
