How do you get your measurements?

I am in need of some info on the plavement of the measuring tape while trying to record your measurements. I need to know where to place the tape for:

Thighs
Arms
Bust
Hips
Waist
Abs

I am not sure if I am doing it correctly right now and need to know where to place the tape.

Any ideas?

Well, I can help with a few. I know that for bust and hips you measure across the fullest part. For the waist it's the opposite - measure the narrowest part. Sorry, but I don't know about the others.
