How do YOU feel today?!

I had a great weekend. I took my kids out put putting , to a birthday party, church, and to the park. I did the mini quest and got about 4,000 from that with all my mules. Then I played a few games of fireworks and my son and I worked a little bit on our pirates room. Congratulations to all who have completed the quest, and I hope all of the rest of you finish the quest too.

I had an awesome weekend. At first I was bummed to be away from VMK because that meant I wouldn't be able to try the quest. I was actually at church on Friday night preparing for a coffeehouse event. Then I stayed over my cousins' house on Fri night/Sat night, which meant a ton of family time (fattening ice cream and Enchanted)! Haha, of course some of that time included reading about all the frustration here.

After church yesterday, I came home and for a minute, I considered giving it a try. Then I used some good ol' logic and thought about how I'd totally regret it this week if I spent my time questing instead of on lesson plans. And knowing how things go for me, I probably would have tried taking it easy with my students because of lack of preparation and the principal would come in for an informal observation, haha

Instead I did what dawnita did. I did the easy quest and got an extra 5K (and more pirate hats with the TDM, haha, anyone need one?!?). Then the other quest was up for 300 credits and the pirate scarf so I did that too. I was thrilled that I didn't spend credits to buy it plus I was happy to "get something" out of VMK that I didn't already have.

Even though I refuse to do the quest (knowing it's an impossibility for me), I am rooting so much for more people to beat it! I just hope that people aren't extremely disappointed if they don't get it. Soon the board will be back to who broke whose host room and all that other fun stuff and we can all breathe a little bit easier and have our chuckles. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

I didn't vote because I fall into two categories. The "My brain is fried..." category and the "I'm tired..." category. But I'm also a little happy because (though the quest stressed me out and got on my nerves) the quest piqued my interest in VMK again. For the first time in months, I forced myself out of bed to get on VMK at open and I did it for three days straight and I intend to do it tomorrow, so I'd like to thank VMK for doing something to grab my attention back.

I did not vote because I fall into many sections.

First is "what quest". I did not even know about it until this morning. However since then I have been doing my best to help people. MasterGracy I'm glad you finally passed after the dc's.

Happy as a clam because as we tried and tried to get Tigger through she decided to take a break and let me try. I got pirates done on my first shot! Yay!

Frustrated because we are still trying to get Tigger through and it's been tough. We need to get her finished so we can all move on to ghosts.

Lastly I am a bit angry. If people had made teams of 6 or whatever and stayed those teams beginning to end they could have done pirates and ghosts together and been done. Instead we have people ditching the team that helped them win. New people taking the place of the ditcher and then begging to get their win first because they have to go, or some other reason and some who have been there from square one are still not finished. Many people have been extremely selfish today in my opinion. I have been done with pirates since between 9:00 and 10:00 VMK time and I am still waiting in lines for pirate lobbies to get Tigger through before I move on. Work and life outside of VMK are completely understandable, it's the arguing and crying and rudeness I don't understand.

What quest? - I was on this quest all weekend. My quest time has hit 60 HOURS
and I'm still not past pirates.

Happy as a clam? - I wasted so much time of my life that I really want back,
I don't think I'll finish this quest, do ya think I'm happy?

However I think those hours include when I was offline too, because my quest
button was still up when I was offline, but still!

I'm fried! played pirates more than 10 hours yesterday (low amount for some) got off the computer and tried to go to sleep- sleep eluded me- a few "catnaps" during the night produced dreams of games of pirates

Got to work this morning at 0630 this morning and my day went downhill. IT is currently 6:40pm and I'm still at work and will be until tomorrow morning- the joy of being teh boss- when no one can work- you must fill in. I should get home around 4am tomorrow

Hopefully quest will still be running tomorrow so after a few hours rest I can tackle mansion and jungle cruise and have stuff from the quest.

Very well said. I'm one of the ones that's been ditched repeatedly, and after 13 1/2 hours Saturday, another 14 hours yesterday, and 4 so far today I have seen about as much meanness as I can take. As much as I'd love to pass this task, I'm not sure I can deal with much more.

I want to first Thank Horse IMWill and Cowboy's_Girl for doing their best to help me get through this task, but I have had ENOUGH

I am trying to take care of my mom (Dad is in hospital), who has to have someone get her out of bed EVERY TIME she has to go to the bathroom (almost every 30 minutes), give her all her meds on time throughout the day, and make sure she gets plenty to eat. This sometimes causes me to step away from the game for a round or two. When I come back... all of a sudden it is someone else's turn to "win"

I have been trying to pass this task for 62 hours I am very thankful for all those that have offered to help, but I have reached the point where I *know* I will NEVER finish this quest.

So, my mood ... you really do not want to know "how I feel today!"

Tired, but kind of wound up, too!

I'm just getting over the flu. And I absolutely loathe the Pirates game to begin with, if you want to know the truth, mostly because I'm sucktacular at it (although after this weekend, I've probably graduated from being sucktacular to just being respectably abysmal). I spent most of the day today trying to help people through...did I mention that I was on VMK literally for my ENTIRE work day? And still somehow managing to do my job at the same time? While somehow avoiding detection by my supervisor? I'm so stealth.

It's been amazing to notice that despite my passionate hatred of Pirates, I've really been enjoying myself. I've gotten to hang out with some friends I haven't seen in awhile, and make a few new ones, too. I'm very grateful for that.

All in all? I'd do it again! My only regret is that I can't help everyone through.
