How do you customize magic bands?

Sorry for all the questions! Yesterday I added our tickets to MDE. Where do I go to customize the bands? I looked all over, all I could find was a spot to make them active or inactive, nothing to choose which color you want. We check in in about 100 days, is it too early?

Also, should I set our tickets to inactive until the trip?

Just to clarify, do you have a hotel reservation? I'm assuming you do, but the answer on customization depends on that

*Nevermind, I saw you said you check-in, I must need more coffee today. My customization showed up very quickly on both the dashboard and under magicbands/cards. 100 days doesn't seem too far out, I feel like mine were customizable much earlier than that. There were customizable up to about a month prior to check-in.

Yes, we do.

Under MagicBands and Cards, the top section on mine says Your Orders--MagicBand Orders--Resort reservations. That was the section I had to open to customize.

If your resort reservation and tickets are all linked and showing up on that page and you still can't do it, you might have to call Disney and ask. Maybe someone else will have more ideas, good luck!

 

[Accident]

I'm seeing an error "Error:We are unable to display certain MagicBand order details at this time. If some or all of your orders are not present, please refresh the page or try again later." show up on the screen. they might be having issues with that part of the system right now..

but it's mde -> magicbands and cards and you see see the "Your Orders" section above the people or your bands if there is only you on the mde account.

note: you must do this from the website, the app may not show it.
