How do you buy and cool your alcohol for a Disney cruise?

We used SipTrip padded bags for wine last year. We wanted certain wines from our collection on the cruise, so we packaged them up in the SipTrips in checked luggage for the flight down and then moved them into a carry-on for when we got on the ship.
