How do u do pics next to name and words/avatar?

Hi im new, im Lauren. I hav no clue how u put image under ur username when u post, and the words on it and thread.
Help please? I'm technologically challenged

Click on UserCP
On the left hand side there should be a list.
There'll be a thing that says Settings and Options
Under that click Edit Avatar to put a picture under you username
and click Edit Signature to put the words/pictures under your posts.
