How do these choices look?

Hi everyone,
We are Meg (21, vegetarian) and Steve (23, omnivore). We're planning our return trip (probably fall 07?) and I think I've narrowed down where we want ADRs. We'll be on the DDP.
What do you think of these choices?
Artist Point (We will use the DP for one meal, and order an extra entree for me, sharing the app and dessert)
Le Cellier (favorite of the last trip, Meg's requested repeat)
Teppanyaki (another last trip favorite, and steve's requested repeat, we'll go at lunch and pay out of pocket)
Jiko
California Grill (timed for Wishes)
Rose and Crown (timed for Illuminations)

Thoughts about these places? Is there anywhere you would suggest I consider instead? Thanks! -Meg

It's a nice list. You've got a lot of 2TS meals, at some great restaurants. I'd probably do something similar, but I'd probably not get the Dining Plan in that case.
