How do room deposits work?

If I book 2 rooms under the same reservation number, do they only charge 1 deposit? Or 2 separate deposits for 2 separate rooms? TIA!

2 separate deposits, 2 separate rooms, and 2 separate reservations.

Depends - 2 rooms under 1 res is 1 deposit.

If you have 3+ adults you get two reservations with two deposits.

we always have had to do 2 rooms, even this year when we could do 1 room, we are doing 2. that being said, it really depends on who you talk to when you call and make the reservation. we have always put 1 adult in each room and divide the kids, then when they ask for the deposit sometimes they say $400, but when I have asked why-its only one reservation-they reply that yes that's correct and have only had to put the $200 deposit down. I will be calling this week and making our xmas reservations
