We will be in the World from Oct. 23-30 and are excited to try a bunch of new restaurants. All of the restaurants we picked will be new to us this time. We aren't doing the dining plan, but I am still trying to balance 1 QS and 1 TS meal per day. Let me know what you think!

10/23-Staying at Pop
Lunch at Pop
Snacks at Sleepy Hollow and Halloween treats in MK (we're going to the party)

10/24
Snack around the world starting at 11 (Epcot)
Dinner at Rose & Crown-5:30 pm

10/25
Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare-11:30 or latest possible
Dinner at Pinocchio Village Haus during Halloween party (we will be in Fantasyland at this time and attending the Halloween party again)

10/26-Staying at Beach Club
Lunch at Casey's Corner (MK)
Dinner at Trattoria al Forno-6:30 pm

10/27
Quick Service lunch on Boardwalk or at Beach Club (open to suggestions)
Dinner at Raglan Road-6:30 pm

10/28
Lunch at Yak & Yeti-12:30 pm
Dinner at Satuli Canteen

10/29
Lunch at 50's Prime Time-12 pm
Dinner at Columbia Harbor House

10/30

you are doing MNSSHP twice? 10/23 and 10/25? If not going to the party on 10/25, without a ticket, guests are expected to leave early. Depending on when you planned to eat, that may impact your plans.
10/28, I would switch your lunch and dinner. I love Satu' li Canteen, but for lunch.
10/29 park hopping? Unless you want to go back to MK, there are so many amazing restaurants to try. I like Columbia Harbour House, but there are so many that are so much better.

Yep we are doing a party on 10/23 and 10/25.

The main reason we did Satuli for dinner was to see Pandora at night, but we could always see it later I guess.

We will be park hopping 10/29. The reason we will go back to MK that night is to see HEA since the other nights we will be seeing Hallowishes.

The Beach Club is our "home resort" and the QS options in the area are really lacking. The Beach Club Marketplace makes sandwiches and flatbreads that are decent and I think the YC has a similar store? The Boardwalk has a pizza window, but that's honestly all I can think of for QS. I was going to suggest going to Epcot for QS, but it looks like you are looking for QS on non-park days?

You might have to check out some TS options in the area for those days. Ale and Compass is a relatively cheaper TS at the Yacht Club. The Bon Voyage Adventure breakfast at the Boardwalk has received pretty good reviews and the portions look large.. you could do this for a late "brunch"

ETA: I agree with PP about moving Yak and Yeti to dinner, but I like having my heavier meal for dinner so it's really your preference

Agree about the limited QS options when staying at BC - it's our favorite resort but the lack of decent QS is our one complaint. We typically just head into Epcot if we want QS but Boardwalk bakery has some sandwich options that I think are better than BC Marketplace. If you are not wanting to eat at a park those days you could also head over to Disney Springs and get something there.

Given that, the choices all make sense.
As others have said, QS options around Boardwalk and BC are lacking. The bakery has good sandwiches. The Big River Bar and Grill, while not QS, does have good burgers and serves quickly. Depending on when you were going to DS, that might be a better option for lunch with many more options for lunch than what you will find around the Boardwalk area.

Satuli, currently has the same menu for dinner and lunch so if you want to see Pandora at night, why not? :).

Since Epcot is your 2nd park day why not pick up some pastries from the bakery @ France Pavilion to eat for a day or so for breakfast?

That is my absolute favorite week to go. PPs have said everything I thought so ... enjoy! You made some great dining choices!

Its the same menu at lunch and dinner. No difference. Just wondering why you wouldnt do it for dinner? Some ppl prefer heavier meal at lunch, some prefer dinner. To each their own. @Haley R If you want to see Pandora at night, you should go. Its really cool. The menu is the same at both lunch and dinner, so i'd stick to your original plan to be honest. Beware though, its really DARK in pandora. I found it a bit too dark. But its still cool!

BTW, Satuli Canteen is my fave QS in all of disney. ITS SO GOOD! :goodvibes:cloud9: I got the potato chicken bowl. Incredible.

On 10/27 that is our only real rest day and I was hoping to use most of the day enjoying the pool at beach club. Then we were planning on going to DS that night for dinner and the Star Wars vr.

We only have 4 day tickets so won’t be going into Epcot that day. We decided to pay for two parties instead of adding more park tickets. Our plan is to do DS that night after getting to use the pool at beach club during the day.

I’ll have to look at the big river bar and grill. We may just get something by the pool if we feel like swimming for awhile.

I think we will keep yak and yeti as lunch because that’s what dh chose when I asked him. We are fine eating a big meal at lunch instead of dinner. We also weren’t planning on rope dropping ak because we’ve already seen so much there and it’s our least favorite park. We were planning on arriving close to lunch and then staying until close.

That’s good to know about the French bakery! We might need to do that. We usually just bring tons of granola bars lol

I would say satuli is definitely one of the ones I’m most excited about. I’m not super adventurous when it comes to eating so I’ll probably get the hot dog (it looks good to me). Dh will love the bowls though.

I heard the hot dogs are delicious! I've seen pics and honestly, as a hot dog lover myself, they look great. And your husband will LOVE the bowls, im sure of it. Its so fresh and healthy. I love it and could never pass up a meal there when im in AK. :)

I think DH is going to love Satuli. He's into the whole healthy food craze. I just want some kid's meals and candy lol

Okay I'm thinking about changing some things around. Let me know your thoughts.

What if we did the Bon Voyage breakfast on our last day for breakfast?
Then on 10/27 which is our rest day, we could do lunch at Beaches and Cream (we've already eaten here but really liked it) and then a quick service for dinner at Disney Springs.

Honestly i'd keep Raglan Road. The entertainment in the evening is great. I love those Irish celtic dancers. So entertaining! Plus the food is great. :)
