You need to use a site such as

photobucket.com (for some reason it's not letting me put in the direct site)

load your picture onto that site (if you need help with that part, let me know)
after pictures are loaded, find the one you want to post
go to the third row under the picture
highlight all to [img]
copy this
go back to discussion forum and copose your post
paste in picture
