I did it last year.
A typical day on induction was....
Egg and bacon for breakfast
Lunch was tuno mayo, egg mayo and some salad (beware some salad things have carbs in)
Dinner was a meat based curry with broccoli in it. Fry the meat (in proper oil) then add a table sppon of curry paste, as much cream as you like and the broccoli.
Sounds a but dodgy but very tasty and hardly any carbs
Drink coffee with no milk, but you can have cream if you prefer.
I hope that gives you an idea, but the book is the way to go, or I'm sure Atkins has a website
