How do I request inter-connecting rooms?

Hi all

We have two rooms booked at Hotel New York. I read somewhere about calling to request inter-connecting rooms - what do I do?

If I recall correctly: I think I called HNY's main reception about 3- 4 weeks before we were due to arrive and they put it on the system that we needed interconnecting rooms.

I called earlier initially, but was told to call back 3-4 weeks before, since that's when they get the bookings through onto their computer system.

IT's been a few years since we last went to Disney though, so you could always ring earlier initially just to make sure.

The main thing to do is ask that a note be put on your file that you require interconnecting rooms.

Unfortunately you can't get these in advance and there is no guarantee that you will be given interconnecting rooms on the day, however, this is highly unlikely so I wouldn't worry about it.

Just call the hotel and ask for interconnecting rooms - I usually call about a week before our check-in date. Don't leave it until you arrive though, as your rooms will be allocated already by then generally.
