How do I post pictures?

Everyone here seems to have pictures on their post except me, how do I post them?

you click the IMG button right above where you type in your message. The first window will ask you to give a name to the link. You can leave it blank if you want. The next window will ask you to paste the URL of the image. You can only post images that are located on the web, you can't post images from your own hard drive, you gotta upload them.
