How do I Post Pictures

I just signed up and I'm trying to post some pictures. When I preview the post I get this error:

Could not find phrase 'error_postcount_too_low_post_links'.

Could someone please let me know what is going on? I did not find any info about this in any of the FAQs I could find.

You have to have 10 posts in order to post photos or links on the DIS. You won't be able to post them until then.

Join in the fun and some converstations and then you can post your photos!

Oh thanks, I'm guessing it's to keep out the spammers.
Could I suggest putting this info in a sticky or FAQ somewhere?
