How do I post pics to a thread/post??

Can someone tell me how to a post a personal photo to a post. It has been so long I can't remember how to do it.

You have to have the picture hosted on a website (Photobucket or on another website), copy the IMG code, click on the yellow postcard looking thing up there ^ and past the code into the box.
