How do I *not* use my DDP credits?

I have many more ADRs than I will have TS credits, and the ADRs include some breakfasts (which I don't want to use DDP credits for).

How do you go about not using the DDP credits for a given meal? Do they use them automatically? Or do you have to tell the wait staff or person at the podium before you order? Or when you pay?

Just tell your waiter that you want to pay for it. It isn't a big deal. Just check your receipt and make sure when they charge you, you are paying for it and they didn't take off any credits.
