how do i get the dining plan?

we are staying at asm for 1 night then bcv, then back to asmo for 2 more nights,i cannot get the dinging for the bcv part, but can i buy my park passes for more than 1 day and then get the dining for more than just 1 day. i would like maybe a 6 day hopper and dining? how?
do they have to be 3 nights in a row,,because it's Sat, then the next friday and Sat. night so that's technically 3 nights..

the only way to get the dining plan is to buy a "package" from wdw (either directly or thru a travel agent)... a package must consist of all three components: room, tickets and dining... the dining is only good for the length of your stay, on each leg of your trip with a minimum of 3 nights... so based on what you outlined above, you are not eligible for dining plan (free or otherwise)... sorry
