How do I get my free memory maker?

I just booked a week in September at Pop

I purchased the package with free memory maker but when logged in to the website, I still have the option to purchase memory maker, and there is no sign of memory maker attached to my reservation. Will I get a voucher in the mail that I will need to link to my reservation or something?

I can't wait to be back. Only 133 more days! lol

It will not show up on your account until you pay off your package.

I was told that it will not be added on until we get closer to our arrival date! They did not have an exact date for me, just said closer.

I've discussed this at length with 3 or 4 different CM's in multiple phone calls and chat sessions. Basically the general consensus was that when we check in and our Magic bands are activated the Memory maker will show up on our MDE. I was told that because it was already attached to the package there was no need to link them ourselves and it would link to the MBs automatically once they are activated (this goes for all members of your party). All the CMs I spoke with told me the same thing, so hopefully they are correct!!

Great, thanks for the info. I know that when the magic bands arrive in the mail, they are already activated (just like how the 4 MB's my wife and I currently have are still activated and have been since we got them).

So, I guess we just have to wait and hope that our memory maker shows up in our account.

We're from Canada so we pick ours up at the hotel and I was told that when our rooms are activated, everything else be good to go. So if yours are activated when you get them, then there *should* be no problems
