How do I get Disney Dollars to put in my kids Easter Baskets?

Do you have to go to the store and buy them, or can they be ordered and shipped?

I believe you have to go to the store and get them...I had this same question here a few months ago. I was told you have to go buy them....bummer because my nearest store is 2 hours away!

I have one about 45 min away....I think I will call first to be sure seeing as where it is located isnt the greatest part of the city

had to go and buy them....however they only had princesses left...ended up getting gift cards for my kids' baskets.... maybe you can get than online???

You have to go INTO the store to purchase the Disney Dollars. My SIL wanted to order them and have them sent to my girls for Easter but the clerk told her you could only buy them in store.

Looks like we're both in the same boat!! I am in Louisiana too and can't find any disney stores.

I need some too. I went to Ebay but it was ridiculous I do not have a Disney Store any where close.
Anyone know another way????

I just found them at a local Disney store to give my son. This is what I found on other posts about where/how to get them:

You can purchase Disney Dollars at
Downtown Disney Guest Services, Disney Resort Guest Services, Theme Parks and Disney Stores. Please call ahead to be certain your Disney Store has them in stock.

Although it is not possible to buy Disney Dollars online or by phone, they may be ordered by writing:
Walt Disney World Ticketing Fulfillment
Post Office Box 10140
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Please indicate the number of each denomination desired, and include a money order made payable to: Walt Disney World Company

Include with the total amount $10 for express delivery (5 to 7 business days; not available for orders overseas). Please note a maximum $650 limit on each Disney Dollar order.

What part of La.? I actually live outside New Orleans so there are 2 Disney Stores within an hour of me. My SIL bought each one of my girls $10 worth of Disney dollars while we were in the store last weekend. She lives in Monroe which is why she wanted to originally order and mail them to them for Easter.

Can these Disney Dollars be used the same as gift cards? I know the Giftcards can be used at Restaurants in the Park, admission to the PARKS, ETC. Are dollars the same way? If so...why do they have both?
