How do I get access to the CM board when your a CM??

I am recently a new CM and would love to have access to the CM board. I thought I contacted the right person, a week ago, but have not had a response.
Could anyone point me in the right direction?

E-mail WebmasterDoc (doc@wdwinfo.com), with your DIS name and your place of employment, and you'll be given access to the CM board.

It would probably be best if they required your dept. and origin number ,as only a cm would know that. I'm not saying anyone is trying to get on who is NOT a cm, but there have been some problems on other boards in the past like that.

Got an e-mail and gave as much info as I possibly could to prove I am a CM. Hope I can access soon.
