How do I get a FP+ for BOG lunch?

I was told it was separate from the three other choices. On MDE, is there any way to get a FP for the BOG lunch? Confused!

PLEASE LOOK IN ALL THE OTHER THREADS named BOG LUNCH, do a search, there are tons on here. You can't get it before 2-3 weeks before you go, as of right now unless they change it. This will keep the threads clean and you can see others on their journey to get their pass.
