How do I find out when the cheerleaders,Pop Warner teams,etc are at WDW?

I'm thinking of taking a short trip in either the last 2 weeks of October or the middle of November(around Vet's Day). How do I find out if the cheerleaders, Pop Warner teams, etc. are visiting so I can hopefully avoid some of them? I'm going with just my DH and am thinking of trying Pop Century, but don't want to stay there if it's going to be swarming with lots of unattended young teens. Been there, done that. Is there a website somewhere that posts what activities are going on at Disney?
