How do I find Best Rate availability for November?

can anyone tell me if there are any best rate availability for Boardwalk, Beachclub or Poly for Nov19-24?

I'm willing to purchase the AP IF I can get the rate. Is there any way I can find out what the rates are and if they are available for those dates?

There'a availablity at the Boardwalk, Beach Club and Polynesian.

The Boardwalk has these rooms available: Water / Pool View Room, Standard View Room, Concierge Room, Concierge Deluxe Room.

The Beach Club has the same rooms available as the Boardwalk.

The Polynesian has garden view rooms available.

There are 2 adults, 2 children ages 8 & 11. The standard view room at these resorts would be fine.

I just tried to purchase AP on Disney World website but get an error message saying the ticket I want to purchase is temporarily unavailable?

Is there another place to purchase AP?

The standard view room at the Beach Club is $254 per night, $283.22 with tax. The rate for a standard view room at the Boardwalk Inn is the same rate as the BC. Garden view room at the Poly is $274 per night, $305.52 with tax. Have fun!

Beach Club: $1,416.10
Boardwalk: $1,416.10
Polynesian: $1,527.60

Tax is included in the prices.



Sometimes I get an error message on the Disney website too. You can call 407-WDISNEY to buy an Annual Passport.

I am feeling very Dopey right now!

I have the AP purchased via the phone. The CM told me that I had to reserve the AP BR online. OK! But I can't seem to find out how to accomplish this online!

OK I found the passholders link on the website.

Now I found out that I didn't get the number I needed from the CM! She gave me the reservation number.

I called back trying to get the right code and was told I had to call Ticket Services? BUT they are closed for the night (heavy sigh).

Is this the right department to call or can someone else get me the info I need to book a AP BR before they get taken?
