How do I determine which day I can book ADRs?

I know that sounds like such a dumb question. I think I know what day I can book online ADRs but I just want to be sure. We will be in WDW starting on December 13th. So, do I just count back 90 days from that date? Can anyone help this clueless woman???? LOL!!!!
