How do I become a Cast Member?

hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone knew how to become a disney world cast member. I live in Canada. Do they hire international?

Disney does do an International Program. It is sorta like the CP, but you would be there for one year and more then likely be a cultural represenative at your respictive country at Epcot or AK.

There is a very good website about the International Program here: http://www.wdwip.com/. Its not the offical site, but very well done....

If you are looking for a full time job... i'm not that sure, but i'm sure they have something that you can do.
