How do I add the cute border like on photopass?

Does anyone know how I can add a cute border like the tinkerbell one on photopass to my own photos? THANKS

On the right side of the screen there is a tab that says "Add borders". They give you 6 selections or so for each picture. Click on the picture, then look over on the right side and click on the borders to see where you like them. I love that feature. Fun to play with.

Just click in the box where it says borders. There are 6 options and borders should be one of them. I could be called something else, maybe create or something of the sort.....
