How do AAA rates work with CAA when calling CRO?

I'm looking for a AP discount for 2 nights mid-August. They haven't released these rates yet.

I've been reading over at the Codes Board that people are booking the AAA rate just in case.

I am a member of CAA.

Do I just call Disney CRO and ask for the AAA rates?

Or do I have to book these room-only with CAA?

I'd appreciate any help.

Call CRO and ask for AAA rates. Shouldn't be a problem.

When I booked our trip for the fall I just asked if they had any AAA/CAA discounted rooms availabel for my stay and they did. I did have to provide my CAA membership number when I booked the reservation so make sure you have your number handy. I know in the past I have had to also show my CAA card when I checked in in order to get the discounted rate.

A friend of mine just tried to book a room with her CAA discount and the CM said that there was no CAA discounts at this time. She tried a CAA TA as well and she said the same. Do they only put out a certain number of rooms for the CAA/AAA discount? She would be travelling in Dec.

There's only a certain number of rooms, on any discount code.
