Not too difficult. There are a lot of drivers. The line can be long but the pick-up are is organized well.

Might be convenient to walk to Hard Rock Hotel and catch it from there.

Shhh! Don't want to many people doing that. That works in the other direction as well - get a uber to one of the hotels and have a drink then go to HHN bus boat etc..
