How difficult do you think it is......

....to get a job selling DVC? I know you have to be a licensed real estate agent in Florida. I wonder how many reps they have. Also there doesn't seem to be much turnover.

Anybody have any thoughts?

Someone once stated in this forum that DVC Guides are the "creme de le creme" of CM's at WDW and are highly sought after positions. As you said turnover is very low so I assume it is VERY hard to get a job as a DVC Guide. Hopefully for their sake, it pays well as those folks know their job and do it well (most of them anyway).

A friend of mine who is a licensed real estate agent in FL has been trying for years to get this job. She also owns DVC.

My guide said there are 60 guides. It IS the most sought-after position at WDW. He said that when they had openings not long ago (due to enlarging the group), they received over 500 resumes for 8 positions.

But, I would definitely go for it!!
