I need ideas for my trip with my support worker in 2028

What ship is the best one?

We are hoping a Caribbean Disney Cruise with hair braiding and fun activities

Do they still do door decorating?

What do they sell on a Disney Cruise main shops

Do you sell BBB items in the main shops.
Like the small bun tiaras with Mickey head on it,
The flower halo, pink ponytail extensions
And the BBB bows too

( like I mentioned in the previous forums I love BBB because it’s sooo unique )

What’s the cost to go on a Disney Cruise?

And can wheelchair go on a cruise?

What’s the activities?

And what’s the rules?

Is there a dress code too for adults

We are two adults going

I don’t wear princess costumes I love bounding

And are we allowed to bring balloons on the cruise

If we buy a balloon at Disney springs as a souvenir

I have disability sooo I need to bring a wheelchair for long walks Is the ships wheelchair accessible

This is a hard no. If you buy one, ask at the front desk of your resort and they have a way to deflate them and you can take the deflated balloon, but you cannot take one blown up.

No way to telling which ship is "best" for you. Everyone has different opinions about this.

You can decorate your door (magnets only) if you wish.

Merchandise onboard varies. Tshirts, mickey ears, keychains, all the same sort of touristy stuff you can find onboard many ships.

I doubt it

What’s the cost to go on a Disney Cruise?
Prices vary, depending on ship/itinerary/stateroom type. I suggest you check the Disney Cruise Line website for this information. https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/
https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/
And can wheelchair go on a cruise?
Yes, although it can be difficult to use in some foreign ports.

What’s the activities?
Every ship has many of the same activities, with variations. The Disney Blog has an assortment of Navigators (daily activity paper): https://disneycruiselineblog.com/personal-navigators/
https://disneycruiselineblog.com/personal-navigators/
And what’s the rules?
Rules about what?
Is there a dress code too for adults
Basically, the only dress code is "no swimsuits or tank tops (muscle shirts) in the Main Dining Room for dinner"

Inflated balloons are prohibited onboard. If you have a deflated one, you cannot inflate it while onboard

For the most part the ships are accessible, but if you're going to use a wheelchair, you should look into getting an accessible room, and there are not a lot of those.

Best ship will differ by person (it also can vary by itinerary, as not all ships go to the Caribbean). My favorite ship is the Dream

Cost is going to greatly vary due to length, itinerary, time of year, ect

Yes, wheelchairs can go on the ships

There are a lot of activities- movies, trivia, crafts, bingo, meeting characters (among others)

Yes they do door decorating. They don’t sell BBB stuff in the gift shops. It’s more DCL clothing, mugs, ornaments, Loungeflys, stuffed animals, pins. The shops are only open when the ship is at sea so they are going to be closed while in port.

Most cabins have a split bathroom- 1 with sink and toilet, 1 with sink and tub shower. You have to step up into them and the area between the bed and cabin wall is very narrow so definitely want to get a handicapped accessible room

My regular cabin on Wish.

My favorite ship is the Magic, my wife's favorite ship is the Dream. We both love the Magic, the Dream, and the Wish (we have sailed those three). Not really a bad one in the fleet, though we have reasons for our favorites/preferences....

Reading through the forums you'll find different preferences based on what you're looking for.

I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the Disney ships, especially for your first cruise. I would allow your itinerary to help determine which ship you sail on.

Especially since we don’t really know what ship will be doing what in 2028 with another new ship coming after Destiny. We don’t know if Magic is coming back to East Coast after Alaska next summer. The Wish is probably have to go to Europe for a summer soon and do her dry dock like the Fantasy is doing this summer.
