I think you got a great deal. I see so many contracts that are stripped paying more than this. Without a doubt, you will find contracts for less. A year ago, a unicorn contract at $75 SSR came across loaded. Those are rare. At the end of the day, you are fine with SSR and it shows by agreeing to the purchase.
Look at it this way, Even if you were able to get it for $84 a point, you are talking about a difference of $550. Such a small amount for a large purchase. The sooner you secure
DVC, the sooner you can start using it and making your first reservation. Congratulations. (Note: Three to four years ago, the price was above $100 for SSR and climbing when revenge travel was happening. I think it is going to ebb and flow between $80 and $100 based on supply and demand going forward because of the high DVC direction pricing.)
