How did you get your droid home?

So I'm wondering for us Canadians how did you bring your Droid home? We have a multi day flight home. (Westjet, Overnight in TO). My friend is gonna want one, I already know lol.
So did you carry it on? Did you not have an overnight bag then?

We carried them on and placed them in the overhead bin. We tucked some clothing around the droid to fill the gaps as it tends to move around in the box alot. It was in a large Disney plastic bag too which made it a bit easier to carry.

We left the box behind and put the droid in my son's carryon back pack. I made sure to turn it off before we packed it up.

Did you have a carry-on bag as well? Wondering if she can have a carry on bag and the droid?

I think I packed in my suitcase or carryon (this was over 2 years ago so can’t quite remember). I recall collapsing the box and putting in suitcase. I have the BB-8 shaped one.

We packed them in a carry-on, covered in clothes. They both made it safely!

We took it as a carryon just as it was in the box it came in.
