I think Anna was in Manhatten hiding and she heard his calls over the radio for anyone to meet him at the pier if they were still in NYC.

I don't know how she got off the island to Vermont

She said she was in Maryland though so she had to come to NYC. He said he was broadcasting on all AM frequencies. I know AM travels as I used to DX Chicago, Denver and the big blowtorches in my Yewt!

All of the sudden when he was ramming his SUV into the Dark Seekers and was upsidedown, she showed up in a vehicle and turned on all of her lights.

I don't think she was on-island, in fact I am sure of it.

I really don't get the vinegar thing either or how he was running almost as fast as deer in one scene.

Who moved Fred and were the dark seekers the one that set the trap?

I believe that it was the Dark Seekers that moved Fred and set the trap after Will Smith (forgot character name) caught the female Dark Seeker. The male with the dogs used the same cable system that Will Smith used.

I agree about Anna, she did come from Maryland. Don't know how she got on or off the island though.

Anna said she had been on a boat but not sure where she was immediately prior to coming to NYC. I'm sure there were plenty of vehicles around to choose from though. How she got off the island I don't have a clue.

I'm just guessing, but I assumed the vinegar was to cover his and Sam's scent around the house.
