I think I just lost my appetite.
No wonder people pack on the pounds during the holidays. This is just nuts and I am NOT giving up the crust on my pie.

Here's the calorie count lowdown on holiday favorites. Keep in mind, all calorie counts are based on average portions and traditional ingredients. When preparing items at home, use less sugar, less salt, low-fat ingredients and you'll substantially cut calories, fat, sodium and sugar.
My motto: enjoy the items you love and skip the foods you could live without. It's all about selective indulgence.
Appetizers
Pigs in Blankets (5 items with mustard)

Potato Latkes with sour cream (3 fried latkes each w/ 1 large Tbs sour cream)

Crudités w/ artichoke dip (1/2 cup dip with vegetables)
