How crowded are the water parks nowadays?

I am thinking about going to Typhoon Lagoon on my upcoming trip and I am wondering about the crowd levels. It is summer but how crowded (or empty) is the water park?

My daughter drove over to Typhoon Lagoon on the 4th. First thing there was no heavy traffic on 4 and it only took 25 minutes. Once there she said they had the water park to themselves. This just doesn't happen!
