how can you eat like the silver plan without the package?

I am planning my vacation for Feb and using the discount codes. I have done the silver plan before, and would like to do it again, but I don't have the cash early to book a silver package which Disney requires you to pay in full 45 days in advanced. So I am planning on doing the room only reservation. Isn't there vouchers or something that you can use on the nice sit down restaurants. (1 wish ones) Thanks!

There are Vacation Kingdom Lunch Vouchers.

There are such a thing as dinner vouchers, but they can't be bought in the US other than through Group Sales. And where they can be bought, they aren't cost effective.

So maybe I could do the lunch vouchers and just eat as late as I can for lunch? I will have to look into that!
