Ok, I know AP codes came out yesterday but I was busy and wasn't online so I called today.
Well, after holding for 36min I'm told "sorry, the system is down for enhancements try back in about 2hrs"
When I complain that I've been on hold for over a half hour her only response is "sorry, this morning people were on hold for 1.5 hrs". At least they were able to make a reservation after that hold time! I can't imagine what I'd feel like if I had not used the 800-number, if I had paid long distance charges - yikes
AAAhhhhhh, I feel like I'm going to explode! Why would they take the system down in the middle of the day for enhancements on a day they've released the general public code???!!!!!

And all i got was "there are no room-only codes" in a very
tone. I'm sure that it didn't help that i called her a female dog (not the term i used) but i felt better about it after dealing with her attitude.
If she was grumpy at the beginning of her shift, i can only imagine how she treated the caller right before the end of her shift.
