How can I remember to..

turn off the email notification on my posts?? Today I had 203 items in my junk mail box, only about 15 were NOT email notifications from the Dis....I can't seem to remember to turn it off, and I really don't care to be notified, I check it constantly!!!!

Go to your "user Cp" - and then "edit options". You should be able to check the correct box regarding E-mail notifications.
