How can I get a WDW Planning DVD? (not video)

Is there a number to call? because I cannot find it on the website. All I see is a request form for the planning video.

Lora - DVD's are no longer available. I called yesterday 1- 407 - wdisney and was told they ran out of DVD's and will no longer be offering them .
