How can I get 30,000 on Jungle Cruise?

My son is trying to get 30000 on Jungle cruise for a quest. Any hints?

if you take a picture of everything that pops up you should be able to be right about 30K at the end of the second time through. There are some hint posted in an old thread here somewhere, I am not the best but can get around 54K if I try. My best sugestions to make this simple is move side to side to pick up film and gas and avoid rocks (DO NOT RUN OUT OF GAS *MOST IMPORTANT) move backwards just to hang back a bit to take pictures of the last animals. Do not accelerate forward at all. try to hit the picture as much in the center as possible and hit as many as possible. These are not the best tips just what works for me. If you don't race through and don't hit things the gas will remain good and you should be able to get 30K. Slow computers and connections will sometimes cause a glitch where all the animals show up at once, If this happens it will be tough but click them like mad.

You could do that, it works pretty well. Get all the gas and film on the first round and when in the second round, back up in each room to be sure you dont leave the room before getting every shot. I can usually get 30,000 by the end of round 2 if i do these 2 things.

make the boat go backward as soon as you enter the room. Take all the pictures, then guide the boat through the room. Make sure you get the gas and film...

What I found to be the most important factor in this game -

NEVER - and I mean NEVER - hit the "up" arrow (or whatever key you use to make your boat move forward). never ever.
