How can I find old discounts?

I am trying to find info on what the discounts were for the last few years around the time I am going this year (late Nov into early Dec). I saw WHEN they came out on mousesavers, I just didnt see the % off or $ off. Just trying to figure what I can maybe expect for a discount this year. I know, they always change and you never know... just want a ballpark

In checking with the "search" here on the DIS, I found the following posts from 2006 (including AP info) that were posted around last September '06 for stays Nov/Dec of 2006. Hopefully they will give you at least an idea of what was offered back then : Before other readers get excited, remember these were for 2006, not for 2007! These are just an example for megnsamsgracie

Travel dates: 10/1/06-12/23/06. Discounts vary by season: they are approximately $20 per night at Value resorts, $40 per night off Moderate resorts and $71-$80 per night off Deluxe and DVC resorts. Book by 12/23/06. Use code FBZ.

I got CSR for $99 for Dec 3-8-06. I had checked disneyworld.com and the same room was $139. didn't ask about any other moderates. I saw a post for someone who got Pop for around the same time for $59 per night.

There was also a code ZAW package (with tickets) that had to be booked by 9/30/06 - the info said:

how about $355 per adult in a value resort for 5 nights/6 days with a 6 day park hopper. For DH and I at the Pop it is a total of $776 for 2 - 6 day hopper passes and the room. with dining it is 1159. It's like getting one pass free or the room almost for free. OOPs - that's 779.76 total including tax, etc. If I did my math right I think I may be paying like 49/night. Can;t wait - going for the third time this year.

Also, don't forget the "bounceback" program that was offered to guests at WDW last year in Nov/Dec- you could book ahead in Nov/Dec 2006 for free dining in 2007 - 8/5 - 9/29/2007 -Future Stay Pilot Program: Guests staying at a Disney World Resort from November 8 thru December 31, 2006 can book a future trip at a discount:

I am just trying to figure out WHAT their discounts were to figure out if I can afford to stay at a deluxe resort if my only discount is AAA

AAA and CAA Resort Hotel Discounts
American Automobile Association (AAA) and Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) members qualify for "room only" discounts almost year-round, though there are a limited number of rooms available for each date. You can generally save about 10-20% at the Disney resort hotels, depending on the season.

In general, the discounts run as follows:

During Value Season you can get up to 15% off at the Disney Deluxe and Disney Vacation Club resorts, or 20% off at the Value and Moderate resorts and the Ft. Wilderness campsites.
During Regular Season you can usually get up to 10% off at the Disney Deluxe and Disney Vacation Club resorts, or 15% off at the Value and Moderate resorts and the Ft. Wilderness campsites.
During Peak Season and Summer Season you can usually get up to 10% off at the Disney Deluxe and Disney Vacation Club resorts, or 15% off at the Value and Moderate resorts.
The only time AAA/CAA discounts don't usually apply is Holiday Season (around Christmas) at the Value and Moderate resorts.
You don't have to book AAA/CAA rates through the Auto Club. Room-only reservations with an AAA discount can be booked directly through the Disney Reservation Center at (407) W-DISNEY or a travel agent who specializes in Disney travel. Just ask if there is an AAA or CAA discount for your dates and resort.

Also AAA rates are limited, I know they are getting scarse for my timeframe (late June). I don't know of a site that listed what the discounts where, as Seahunt did, you'd have to search for those I think.

Kinda what I am looking for, that I already found on mousesavers. But see if you go there you will see

What I am trying to find is WHAT the discount was? Was it a specific $ off for certain class of hotels or was it like 20% off, etc. I know NOT to expect a code and to book as if you HAD to pay rack rate but a code is nice. But I am just looking for a generalization of discounts.

Thank you! I am looking at the WL deluxe club level (because we have 6 of us) and at $480 a night, thats steep. I dont want to get my heart set on it if I have to change. The alternative would be 2 rooms at All Stars or POP if no discounts came out. Guess I should call AAA and ask!
