DH and his coworkers are all sick of it, they each (individually) have had it out with boss man over all this crap (more than just the staying late) and are ALL looking for new jobs.

Rather than all of them trying to find a new job, why don't they get together AS A GROUP and contact HR. This will give them alot of clout, and I am sure the company would rather replace one offensive manager, than a whole group of "worker bees". But, if they don't know there is a problem, they cannot correct it.

Dh had a boss get weird w/him once. DH was going in for dental work.... major surgery. The boss said to be right back (appt was @2:30, to last 1-1.5 hours). Boss thought he had an interview... {it was on a calendar... for over a month this appt}
I told dh what I thought of his boss and I used some nauuuughty words. Dh didn't tell him he told his boss word for word what I said...
Never again was his boss a smuck. And boy was he nice to me!!!
