How busy 5/29-6/3?

I apologize, but yes, another how busy will it be question. My 22 year old daughter and I have booked 5/29-6/3 staying at Caribbean Beach, preferred room. We always travel the week after thanksgiving or first week of December so any thoughts on our new travel timeframe will help with my planning.

Right now Touring plans has it as an overall 5 most days of that week. I’m going 5/31-6/4. It’s likely to go up a little as they release Spring/summer discounts, but if you are used to Thanksgiving crowds, it should be really manageable.

This was our week in 2017 and 2019, as we like it as our kids were out of school for the summer, but many schools are still in session until June so it's not really busy summer crowds yet. We've also been during Thanksgiving week several times and it's definitely more crowded then as compared to late May.

Here are the numbers from my 2019 planning spreadsheet which I last updated right at the start of the trip. It may vary slightly for 2020 based on new attractions opening, but here it is for reference anyway...

Keep in mind that the weather is likely to be going into summer weather, with the hot days and afternoon thunderstorms. I love the weather in November - still warm enough for shorts, but not enough to melt me. We went during your timeframe this past May/June, and it was HOT. Mid-90s every day, humid, afternoon thunderstorms. Not to discourage you from going, but you may need to adjust your touring style to accommodate the higher temperatures and possible storm-related ride closures. The crowds will be lower, but you might have to pace yourselves and take more breaks.

MMRR should be opening around that time period so it might be busier at DHS

Nobody here will be able to tell you. The "crowd calendars" are nothing but useless wild guesses, so don't bother. Generally speaking, early summer isn't too bad, but no way to know for sure until you get there.
