How 'bout Marriott Grande Vista???

I've read a lot about Marriott's Cypress Harbour and how awesome it is~ how bout Grande Vista? We are supposed to stay here in September and have a tremendous rate (due to a sister-in-law's owning a unit in timeshare) -- I think this one was built right after Cypress Harbour so the trees are smaller, less shade, etc....but other than that, know very little except from what I've read on the website -- could anyone give me their insight or experiiences?! Thanks so much
