How are you wearing lime mickey heads from HD

So I was passing HD and remembered the Mickey heads to wear when we go on our WDW trip Aug 25th. So how do you attach the mickey heads? I thought just a saftey pin but I would love to hear some more creative ideas!

Me and my family had on lanyards with our passes in them, what I did was put the green mickey thing inside it.

I punched a hole between the ears and will either wear them around our necks or else tie them to our fanny/backpacks...we'll just have to see how "we" look wearing them ,when we get there. I also,cut them out and glued them side-to-side that way they'll always be seen. I also laminated them so they'll hopefully hold up well and not get wet !!! I also have an extra that I might ? put in our window @ POP... I'm thinking about that though. See you all in less than a month!!!

We glued 2 of them back to back and stuck Disney related stickers ofer the words on the cards. I also added my pin trading logo to the center of a few of them and then had them laminated. I then took a hole punch to the card between the ears. I attached plain metal key rings and turned them into lanyard cards and zipper pulls on our luggage and camera bags. They held up well through the vacation and I plan to use them again 2 years later when we go again in December. A new use will be to take one of the cards and attach a very long string to it. Then to hang the card over our curtain rod in our room's window. That way, there will be a little lime green hint that this DISboards member is at WDW! Maggie

I did something similar!

I glued 2 Back to back and stuck the Disney Stickers and my DIS name, i had them laminated. Then the hole punch between the ears. Also attached the metal key ring and put one on my luggage, one on my back pack, one on my fanny pack for this one i used lime green ribbons.

My poor DH had to go to 3 different home depot to find green ears!! LOL

I tape one to the outside of the door, as well as wearing them on my belly bag, camera bag, backpack, etc. So far, no one has commented on them.

I hope we do get noticed by some other Disers in WDW ,that's too bad that you didn't get noticed "pampam"....Hoping to spread some Disboard spirit while we're down there !!! If you see LIME GREEN Mickey ears,come over and say " hi" !!!!

When we were down in January 05 I saw lime green ribbons on both handles of a man's wheelchair on the other side of the parade. After the parade I found them and asked if they were on the DISboards and they didn't know what I was talking about. They asked what it was and I gave them the web address so they could find out more. Had a nice chat even though they weren't DIS'ers.
If they aren't, you can always give them the web address too. The more the merrier. I'm always giving out the web address to people at work who are interested in Disney.
Have fun looking and don't worry, the worst they can do is say NO.

I punched a hole tie a ribbon tru and hung it on the rear view mirror to find our rented car in the parking lots where ever we parked..put our name on it also..it really made a difference..Marianne
