How are these made? and how can I do it?

I have seen a bunch of titles and cut outs that I know can't be a paper punch but II am so new to scrapbooking that I can't figure it out.


This is what I see.....

What machine does that? Is it a cricut? Is it another machine?

A Cricut could do that with a program called SCAL (Sure Cuts A Lot). For example, I made this using pictures I downloaded from the internet and traced in SCAL.

I think that one you have as a sample is a purchased lasercut.

that trial version...can you cut it w/o any marks thru it?

I saw one program that cut a line thru the item because it was in the trial version..

No, it cuts lines through But, you can play with it and see it's potential
