How are the work out rooms at AKL/V and Vero?

DH, our youngest DD and I loved working out at the Iron Spike room last year during our afternoon break (doesn't sound like much of a break does it? But it worked for us).

This year we are staying at AKV and then a few days at Vero. How are they workout rooms there?

Anyone have any experience with them?

AKV is much smaller - but still good.

been too long - don't even remember VB - - might be time to go back.

The Vero facility is nice. It is a bit on the smaller size, but you can get a good workout in the room.
From what I remember ther are:
3 treadmills
2 elliptical machines
a circuit training system
& free weights
