How are the pools now? Swimming in winter

When you say one pool, do you mean one resort or one pool at a particular resort or at each resort. Sorry, I'm a bit confused.
Thanks for your help, Dansdad.

The pools are ALWAYS heated to the same 80ish degrees. Always. (so in summer when it's 95 the pool will feel cold)

The outside air is not. If you're in the water on a COLD day and your neck/head gets wet from a splash, you're going to feel cold when that part of you is out of the water. The rest of you will feel warm, though.

And yes, at some point after our first stay in December 2010 when pools were open as far as I could tell the whole time, they've started closing pool areas when it's in the lower 40s.
I have to disagree. In the summer when it's 95, the pools do not feel cold!

Love February and October-November time. Going for the third time in a row in a few weeks. If you stay long enough, I stay for at least 9-10 days, you will get to swim some of the days if you want to. I have been lucky to be able to swim most days the last 2 trips. I swim during the afternoon.

We enjoyed swimming during the day a few weeks ago, late December/early January. But the daytime temps were high 70’s/low 80’s. :)
