How are the parks this week???

Thinking of taking a trip to the world tomorrow thru Monday, February 23rd. How crowded are the parks? There are no value or moderate resort rooms available on property so I was thinking the parks must be packed! So, is a last minute trip worth it or not??

I don't know what to tell you. This is Presidents Week and what is usually known as a busy time. I was there last week which has traditionally been known as a quiet time. Here is a picture of what MK looked like on Thursday afternoon, Feb. 12, 2015 around 4 PM. It looked pretty busy to me and this is supposed to be a quiet time. I don't think WDW has any of those anymore. Sorry about the clarity and the darkness, but, that was what I got.


As you can see, it was pretty busy.

I looked at ride wait times at MK tonight around 630pm and they weren't bad at all. I looked again at 730pm and notice 7DWT was down.

It's forecast to be busy, and I'm sure it is, but I was surprised to see only 5-20 minute waits on many rides.

It's going to be very busy come Thursday. This weekend is the Princess Half Marathon. 40K+ will be running (walking) this weekend. Stay away from EPCOT Saturday and Sunday morning. Roadways will be closed.

I noticed the decent waits earlier today, too. My buddy is down there, and he said crowds weren't bad at all today. He said it was rainy, though.

At this time it was really raining out...that might have made the waits shorter...it is really busy this week.
Should be even busier closer to the weekend...our local schools are out Friday and it is daytona race week also.
